Hey there!
I’m just here sharing about my life. I am a dog mom, coach’s wife, and a lover of books, music, and movies. I also have Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS). On this site, I’ll be sharing the recipes I try, my journey with getting healthy and what that means for me, and all of the things that I’ve learned about PCOS. I’m not a doctor, so none of the information that I share here is medical advice, just info that I’ve learned and things that I’ve tried to help find my way to feeling like a better, fully functioning human. I may also share about some of the things that I love.. we need a little levity with heavy health stuff.
